Default Rough running when cold

My truck only has four hundred miles on it. When I start it up and drive out, my community sped limit is 25 mph and the motor hastes as you drive. If I use an lower gear it rides better with the higher raves. Could it be the trans is in too high of gear ? as I did not notice the tack moving around.
Is this a new motor break in process as it is learning shift points ?
Once it is warm up, no issues

I had the same problem. Cam phasers were out of phase.

Good luck
