2016 5.0 109k. Noticed that when I am stopped at a light that sometimes the truck with have a rough idle and has stalled out on me a couple of times. starts right back up and there are no codes. bought some new plugs on rock auto last Summer and had a mechanic that works side jobs put them in for me. Unfortunately one of the new plus was cracked when he put them in so we replaced it with a new one. Not sure if this is where I should start to look at first. Appreciate any other ideas.

Give the throttle body a check and see if it doesn't need a cleaning.

 

Possibly the VCT solenoids.
