I found what looks like a cut wire in my 2019 XLT. Maybe the dealer cut the wire and removed a power mirror? Anyone else just have a cut wire? (Take the panel off behind the mirror). Look at the red and white wire on the far right

 

Looks like it was once wired for a dashcam. Those remaining wires are not OE. I'm assuming you bought the truck used.
