Default Ring app

Strange thing happened when opening ring app to view live feed from my phone, ford's sync starts call and when I close the feed the call stops. Does this happen to anybody else?

Did have a weird issue where sync would call my cellphone number which would go to my voicemail every time I would start my truck. This happened right after my Sync updated and my phone upgraded to the latest android. It went away after a week or so.

For me whenever use Siri it comes up as a phone call.... I'm guessing it's the Ring function where you can talk through the doorbell to a guest? That would require vocal input from you which would make sense that the truck shows that a "phone call" is happening. I beleive that s how bluetooth works in that it actually acts like a phone call to transmit dynamic input like voice

I haven't opened it while connected to the F150, but that happens when opening the Ring app in my wife's Subaru
