Rims
Are there any issues with fitting aftermarket rims on a 2018 F150 4X4?
I have almost 80,000 kilometers on the stock tires, & would like new rubber before the snow comes.
There is still decent wear on the factory wheels, so I am considering buying a set of winter rims, so I can re-install the factory tires for another summer of driving.
Will a 17 inch rim clear the rotors, & brake calipers?
Stock wheel are the 275 65 18.
I would prefer a narrower width too for winter.

When it comes to rims it's all about the offset of the rim 1st and then the tire size you want to run.
Stock rims are +44 offset.
Yes, a 17" rim will clear. Simply stay with the same or very close offset.

Need some help, here... According to American Trucks, my 2019 4x4 has a wheel offset of +34, and I don't have any flares or anything like that.
Is the 2018 different than 2019? Is there a slight variance in different rims, or is American just wrong?
Thanks.

Raptor wheels have +34mm offset and other F150 wheels have +44mm offset.
But you could sub in +34 with same size or an inch or even two inch taller (same width) tire on stock truck with no problems.

Oh good the terminology police have arrived. How dare anyone refer to a 1 piece wheel as one of the components that it evolved from and preforms the same function? Not on your watch...
