Anyone know how to access a reverse wire under the dash in the kick panel?

 

I don't think there is a reverse wire, like from a switch on the transmission or shifter. I think the best you could do is tap into the reverse light wire.

If you find a reverse wire, please let me know.

 

I want to run my back up camera monitor from a reverse wire in the cab instead of running a wire all the way back to the tail light so the moniter isn't on 24/7 when I'm driving. I drive a lot and have a 4 to 5 day road trip across the country in another month.
