2016 SCREW Lariat. Tech package.

When I reverse I get the 360 camera view. Plus the rear camera view. There is a small truck icon in corner that will show yellow and red when getting close to something along with audible.

However when I shift from reverse to drive. The screen flashes with a large icon with warning rear warning zones.

All sensors work and I have looked at all my settings and everything seems to be set as it should.

Any reason this flashes and where would I find it in my menus?

Also have uploaded my backup screen before the flash
