Default Replacing Factory Jack

Has anyone replaced their factory scissor jack and been able to fit it back into that little kit that the original is in?

truck has 2” lift and slightly larger tires, worried the oem Jack might not be tall enough? Thoughts?

You could cut a 2x6 and make 2 to 4 inch jack pad to get the truck up.

Default Replacement for Oem Jack

I replaced mine with a UniJack, I have a 6inch lift on mine. Since you never know when and where the flat will take place, better be prepared. Purchased at Tractor Supply.

Wouldn't it be a lot easier and quicker to get your factory jack out and jack it up to test?

Already tried that, with 6inch lift 35 size tires OEM Jack doesn’t feel solid enough. Beside Is behind on my driver side rear passenger seat.

Those are handy, I have some around the garage. But where in the hell are you storing that in your truck to always have to change a flat?

I would think you'd try it out and if it doesn't work then ask what people are using.

I stored mine on the rear passenger seat Driver side. I installed the quick rear seat release.
