Default Remove plastic below wipers

I want to remove the two plastic pieces below the windshield wipers on 2015 ford f150 platinum. Removing the wipers is easy. The stem of the wipers sticking thru is a larger diameter than the holes on the plastic pieces. What do I do?

You tell them panels who's the boss n you pop them out. The plastic around the hole where the wipers are mounted is flexible.

Default Remove plastic below the wipers

Thanks to the three replies. Looks like I unplug the wiper hoses and just pull the two pieces over the wiper studs and the black circle kinda stretches out for enough room to pull over the cowls. Does anyone know if the cowl pieces have the soft rubber along the edge touching the windshield? My windshield was replaced two years ago and the soft rubber was torn. It now has many splits in mine. The video one man shared I couldn’t quite make out this thin rubber running the length of the cowl.

OEM cowl pieces come with new rubber.
