Default Remote Start > System > On/Off

Could anyone explain to me what the "System" check mark is? Does this disable the Remote Start altogether? There is no explanation of what this is in the Owners Manual. Thank you!

You're correct. If you turn off the "system" you effectively turn off the remote start system.

That was my thought! I've never had Auto-Start since I've been driving standards for the last 20 years. I'm really starting to like it! I think I'm really going to like it come winter when I have to walk the quarter mile to the parking lot after work! That's one downside to working in a secured facility.

It makes a world of difference when it is freezing cold or blazing hot outside, that's for sure. I use mine all of the time. I also like to think that it may reduce some wear and tear by letting the engine warm up before I go driving off. Snake oil? Probably, but it makes me feel better.
