when I use the remote start it disconnects power for my gps (in 12v outlet) and for my printer as well in the backseat. Is this normal? When I put my key in I then have to hit the power button on both the gps and printer. However if I leave the truck (turned off) and then start my truck with the key in the ignition both turn on and remain on fine.

 

Seems to be normal, if I leave my 12V cooler plugged in and running, it will still be running if I come back to truck, unlock the doors. But if when I am approaching vehicle, use remote start, when I open the door, the cooler is of. Not sure why they would do this.
