Hey all,

I have a new STX F150. Very pleased with it so far! One sweet feature is the Ford pass app, which works 75% of the time and is capable of remote starting the truck.

my question is, if the truck is capable of remote starting via the app, could I get a fob with the remote start button and make it work? Has anyone tried this?

 

Currently in the middle of this upgrade and just got the new 4 button keys cut today. Long story short, you need a new RTM module, new keys, program the keys, and some FORSCAN work.
