I had one on a Jeep Wrangler and it kept causing CEL. I pulled it out and installed a Compustar system. If I didn't already have one on my truck I would go factory. They are longer range and garenteed by Ford.

Viper Smart Start. Hate multiple fobs, so can do anything from the phone. Professionally installed - never had single issue.

I was looking at Fortin as they had a harness as well. Did you have to splice any wires for parking lights using the Fortin kit when you installed on the Juke? Seems like a good solution if its similar to the other kits where it only needs to connect to the obd2 port.

Here is the one I was looking at

One wire for parking light, but it was optional. I did do it because it was easily a recognition car was started. I used a t junction tap, took 5 mins. But beware they only offer the web page for review for 48 hours so if you login, download the docs otherwise its 5 more dollars for a 48 hr pass.
