remote backup camera
Hello all:
Has anyone ever thought of getting a backup camera new or used from a tailgate and lengthening the wires and mounting it on the back of a rv trailer. would this work on a 2019 f150 super crew? the i would only need to swap camera plugs when hoking up the trailer and backing into sites would be so much easier.

That would probably work. If your truck only has a camera on the tailgate handle, it's easier. Just find the corresponding plug and connect the camera wires. If you have other features such as the tailgate handle trailering light or the remote release handle then you'll just have to pop open the tailgate access panel to see which wires go into the camera and connect just those.
