I'm having with intermittent failure of my back up camera image. I've had my 2016 F-150 XLT into the dealership 5 times over a 6 week period and they are unable to remedy the problem. It will all of a sudden quit (doesnt go black but has multicoloured vertical lines only on the screen). Anybody have the same issues ?

 

Had it shortly after the purchase of my 2016. Turned out to be the module they replaced under warranty.

 

They replaced some module and also the wiring harness in the tailgate.....no luck yet. They have given up and said they dont know how to remedy it !

 

I would suggest you no longer take it to the same mechanics that could not fix it the first 5 times.
