Default Rear Shocks

What is the best shock I can put on my 2016 XLT 4x4 Sport Supercrew that will take some of the slop out of handling without ruining the ride?
I realize Ford is trying to make these trucks ride like passenger cars, but the rear end on this truck sways like crazy in corners and any quick maneuvers. I'm sure a rear sway bar would help, but I'm afraid it would ruin the ride.

I put Rancho RS9000XL adjustable rear shocks on my 2016 and they made a difference, especially for towing.

Really pleased for the price.

I have the RS9000XL's as well. Put them on yesterday. I have them on the 5 setting, not sure what most people set theirs to. My rear end is less jumpy now.

Is the Rancho RS9000XL feasible for 2WD? I tow often.

I have the 2wd version (only difference is it is a little shorter (a little less travel) per Rancho rep on this forum). RS999286 I believe is the 2wd version.

I'm running a hell wig asb and bilstein 5100s on my 16 lariat 157. Set up works great for me and the truck gets driven . However, I don't know if it is because of the 157 wb or not butevenbefore upgrading I didn't have the issue of the rear end jumping about as I have seen talked about a lot here. I also have a leer cap which probably helps keep it planted

I also have a 157" WB, OE shocks and Hellwig sway bar and rear has never swayed empty or towing. It may be the 145" vs the 157" wheel base that makes the difference who knows...................................

Any you guys running the rancho rear shocks replace the rear block for more lift in the rear? If so how do they ride with the bigger blocks and new rancho shocks?

No blocks on mine, just a shock swap.
