Default Rear end mod

Are all the leaf spring bolt heads for real on the inside? Nuts are on the outside and gas tank, frame, exhaust, everything is in the way on the inside so you cannot take the damn things out. I guess the only real option is to loosen nuts and cut off the bolt heads, pull out from outside? Will reinstall with nuts on inside...

I have a 17 Lariat and only pull a popup and dirtbike on race weekends, don't need the stiff leafs on the rear and just got a set of the lower spring rate leafs for the lower tow capacity models (FL3Z-5560-A instead of the FL3Z-5560-C that are on mine). Will be removing axle blocks also, anyone have issues with pinion angle?

Wish you were closer geographically... and that I'd known your plans before you bought. I'd swap you my 6800# Payload Package leaf packs for the ones that came on your truck.

I lowered the rear of my truck by installing 1" drop shackles. No issues with pinion angle or vibration. Truck runs smooth as glass at any speed.
