It's not limited to the KR. My platinum has the same problem.

I've heard conflicting things from Ford. One engineer said it was normal. Another sait it wasn't and Ford is still looking for a fix.

Next callback in two days.

I have the same problem on my truck. Haven't been back in the country to address it, but "it's normal" will not be an accepted response from Ford.

Hey - that's me!!!!
Good video, David.

People, doing what Dave did, posting it up on YouTube, and any other social media you can think of, will help to getting the problem solved faster than complaining to the dealer.

Everyone concerned about it should be forwarding that YouTube link to everywhere.

Remember, a picture is worth 1,000 words.

Agreed. This is not normal and should not be accepted! Not sure where to go from here though.

Usually when Ford claims some defect is "normal" it's a mechanical issue that isn't readily apparent and either they don't know how to fix it or it would cost too much to fix. Now calling this normal is taking it to the extreme. I'd like to have the guy who claims that spend a very long trip with his back up against the armrest.

What a shame guys. Ford stinks for this one. Unacceptable for a 20K truck never mind a 50K or 60K truck.

The seat leather looks loose in every picture of a 15 I've seen. Once the newness of these rigs wears off owners will not be happy. The loose seat leather looks like Do-Do. Why was this not a problem on the 13 or 14 models?? Huge step down in quality. They look like improperly installed seat covers. UGH
