My Ford dealer cannot diagnose the rattle noise on my 2017 3.5 Ecoboost. It has 176000 and the body is in excellent condition so I really hate to sell it. They had it for diagnosing and it didn’t make the intermittent noise….. sometimes I hear the turbo start to spool up is when I hear a short knocking noise that goes away quickly. It sounds like a bunch of rocks in a tin can????? Any thoughts and advice is much appreciated! Thanks.

The check engine light came on today and the mechanic I took it to told me that the right side can cause a misfire and therefore that’s what happened. Anybody agree with this? And it is a 4
X 4 Ecoboost 3.5.
