Default Rattle

I am driving across country in a few days so kind of urgent.

few months ago I developed a rattle in the front end. Especially noticeable over washboard roads and even cracks in parking lots.

I’ve replaced the entire front end, nothing seems loose, as well as driver side engine mount. I replaced the sway bar end links and bushings as well. Has 3.5inch ready lift installed, but I torque checked it and tightened to spec.

I’ve looked everywhere spent countless hours diagnosing this to no avail. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

Loose heat shield? Broken heat shield clamp? Check the cross pipe, it has a clamp that rusts and breaks allowing enough movement to cause a rattle.

the only thing I have found is a rattling skid plate on the gas tank but it doesn’t seem loose.

I will check the cross pipe tomorrow.
