Ok, here is the wire harness pin locations for the paddles...
Left paddle the -
green & blk w/Blu stripe
green is pin #10
blk w/Blu stripe is pin #5

Right paddle the +
Blu w/red stripe
blk w/red stripe
Blu w/red stripe is pin # 9
blk w/red stripe is pin # 10

this is the harness of the Raptor steering wheel. I will look to see what, if any, wires are pinned in my XLT's steering wheel tomorrow when I remove it to compare.....will also be looking at the truck's harness since it is the one that will need to be repinned if empty in these locations.

One issue I suspect since the Raptor/paddle shifters is a 2017 feature, even if Ford was sensible enough to use the same wiring bundles for all 2017 and save on logistics (which I doubt), 2015 and 2016 trucks will not have the wiring.

You may be correct however I have identified the direct connection at the gear shift selector harness. The wires to enable this is absolutely there as the gear shift selector itself has the manual mode where one can shift up or down from the switch on the left side. I will make certain of this via Ford wiring diagrams of both my XLT and that of a Raptor. When I purchased this,it was determined that the Raptor's VIN I used has the same clock spring as my truck, VIN compared to VIN... It sounds like a small 3 wire sub harness may be all that is needed....this would come by way of me having to repin the connector harness from my truck that connects to the new steering wheel with 3 additional wires as already confirmed, and then perhaps as far down as directly to the shift selector....though I will look at possibly picking up the connection somewhere a lil closer to the steering column area.

If the rack could push out .25-.5" more i could get that. There do not appear to be any turn stops other than the rack's range so one of three things exists, 1 The newer trucks have a worse turning radius, 2 The raptors have a different rack and pinion that have more range or 3 Using IDS or Forscan you can recalibrate the rack to extend a little further.

As soon as I can get into Tasca online or one of the other catalogs I should be able to see if 2 is an option.
I think you could (should start) a thread dedicated to your build alone, as it's quite an extensive project.

It would be awesome if someone made these gauge face overlays so we could just swap the faces (and needles) to achieve this look

Actually the nedles on the Limited, and maybe the Platinum has them also, are the nicest.... The center part that connects to cluster is a black chrome like, instead of the rough plain grey like ours and this one. I kow your talking about the red needles but the center head part looks more luxurious on the Limited...Id like to have those but cant be ordered by themselves. Guess when I run out of stuff to modify I might chrome plate them and tint them a black chrome? lol
Can you tell the difference in this pic?
