Hey All,

Sorry for starting another post regarding a random piece but I didn't want to hijack another thread.

I took delivery of my 16 Lariat Sport 501 about 3 weeks ago. First half ton (coming from a ridgeline) and I am loving this thing.

Any ways, when I took delivery this piece was on the driver seat. My sales guy was convinced it's a shipping piece that would have come off during the PDI. I told him I'd keep it and keep my eyes open, but so far have not found a place it could come from. Anyone have any thoughts/ideas?

Appreciate any help.

 

There is a bolt that stick through the Carpet by the pedals under the driver dash. This piece goes over the stud to hold the carpet down.

 

That was it exactly!

Kind of weird that it came off. Either way I re-installed it and appreciate the help.
