Default Random multiple misfire

I have a 2020 XLT with the 5.0L and the 10R80. The spark plugs were replaced around 33k miles. It currently has 60k. When I accelerate pretty heavily I will get misfires and the brief flashing check engine light and a P0300 code will register. Dealer I took it to basically couldn’t figure it out and wanted to charge me $200 just to tell me it was misfiring, which I already knew. I was hoping they could at least tell me which cylinder or what was causing it but they couldn’t. They just wanted to start throwing parts at it. Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks

Use a Scanner to look at Mode 6, cylinder misfire records for each cylinder. These records don't set code for a cylinder unless the count goes high
See which and how many hits are on record for each cylinder.
Maybe you need to replace Plugs again.
Poor fuel, dirty injectors etc.
After making changes, do a Scanner Clear or remove Battery power for a few minutes to reboot the PCM. Clears these records out.
Some drive cycles, then look again at Mode 6 records to see what you have.
A few may or may not be of concern over the short term or they can be useful precursor in that cylinder.
Not hard to work with if you have a Scanner to see the data to work from.
Good luck.

A short Overview of the P 219 A Code that is very complex.
The A designation is Bank 1.
An Imbalance uses 3 RPM points called Cells. 0, 1, 2. NOTE here that RPM is involved as a hint!
It uses 3 Fuel Cells. 0, 1, 2.
Tank must be at 15% fill or greater.
To see all the test requirements and Scope Tracing, consult the FORD OBDII Overview document for 2018 Gas engines.
Starting on page 66, 67 for the complete technical description of the program and hardware and how the test results are arrived at.
It takes a Tech that can use diagnostic Scoping and understand what it shows for fault by comparing to illustrated traces shown.
Any other way is depending on parts replacement and guessing trying to get lucky.
.
Sorry it's not any simpler.
Try to get the shop to access this info for understanding how it has to be done.

.
Anyone can do a request search for Ford OBDII overview document 2018 model year and gas engine, and go there to see this info from page 66 to section end.
The Doc is 345 pages. Book mark it and just read off you monitor begin on page 66.
Print those pages out and take to the shop.
.
Good luck.
