Default Random idle

Ok so my 2015 5.0 will very randomly drop idle at red lights and sometimes die. Starts right back up, drives no problem. It's odd to me because it is very random. It may do it one time during a drive, not do it again for weeks then do it again. I'll pull up to a stop, the idle will fluctuate, sometimes dropping enough the truck dies. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? The first time it did it I just assumed the ECU got some dumb reading and it was a good fluke, which I was convinced of since it went some time before acting up again. I should also specify that it may do it once during a drive cycle, meaning if I stop at ten red lights out driving it may do it once, or it may do it three times, or maybe not at all. May be over explaining, just trying to be descriptive as possible. Chime in fellas. Thanks in advance

I have no personal experience with this problem, but there are several existing threads discussing it. Here is one of the longer ones: https://www.f150forum.com/f118/2016-...stalls-398344/
