Default Radio Swapped

Got a truck that was wrecked and the previous owner did some slight chop shoppery and switched out the radio. It is a 4" sync module but none of the blutooth or aux features work... (not even a sync/blutooth menu on the radio.) The am/fm does work however.

The dealership said it would be $600 to get a new one and install it.

The junk yard said they had a screen and sync module for $140.

My question is can the one in it be "programmed", will the one from the junk yard work, or should I bite the bullet and let the dealership fix it for $600

Not currently, it's at the shop but, it looks like a normal 4" touchscreen and has the sync module behind it. Everything looks normal to me but I have no clue...
