On the way home from work this evening sync 3 radio was working properly as was the backup camera. That is until I stopped at a gas station. When I restarted the truck the backup camera did not shut off until I got up to about 12 mph. The radio at that point would not respond to station change via the sync screen. buttons below the radio or the steering wheel controls. The only control that worked was the volume.

I do not have the camera set to remain on for the delay.

I could get to the settings menu. But every button press took a two second hold to respond. Tried doing a master reset a couple time to no avail. Also tried shutting off and restarting.

I do have the steering wheel controls reversed with the productivity screen via Forscan. That was done months ago. Not sure that has anything to do with it.

 

With my Sync 3 I have literally been having the exact opposite problem at random and only restarting the truck solves it. I'll get no audio on occasion, everything else works. I have zero mods.

 

And on restart this morning, everything is back to normal. Go figure!!!
