Radiator Shutter?
Is there any way to determine that the radiator shutter is actually closing at freeway speeds? Mine are always open, but I've only seen them when the truck is stopped

An obd phone app will work too.
Most of the time the radiator shutter will run in the low 20% range and opens accordingly while hauling, towing, climbing hills, accelerating agressively and driving in hot weather, etc.
