I have a 2017 xlt and wanted to hardwire my radar detrctor to my rear view mirror using the mirrow tap method. I have 5 wires in the mirror harness and wanted to knows what colors are the postive and negative wire are.

 

I used a fuse tap and ran the wire to the fuse block in the passenger footwell. I try to avoid cutting as many wires as possible

 

Yea i plan on buying the mirror tap connector for my uniden radar but need to know which wire are postive and neg to tap into. Thanks

 

 

Another member said blue/brown is neg and blue with white is positive.
