Default Quick Lane Service stinks

I was just wondering if anyone else feels they are just rushing way to fast on the quick lane services. I have had two oil changes now the first one they splattered oil over engine. The other day I had my second oil change at quick lane before I took it in I had spent over an hour cleaning my truck. When I got home I found two nice foot prints on my front bumper. I cant believe they would not bother to take the time and get a step stool.

Shouldn't you be telling them this? Sucks man. Another reason it's good to do your own oil changes. It's not that hard.

You need to find a new dealer. The Quick Lane I use here in Oklahoma does a good job and even has good coffee in the waiting area.

Your need to talk to the service manager, and if he/she doesn't help you out go directly to the general manager. If that fails (which it shouldn't) report it to Ford Customer Service. Looks like a rookie who needs to have respect for customer property explained in very simple words.

My truck came with 3 free oil changes.

Used the 1st one and will be doing the rest myself.

Over filled, which I think (by how much time they took) that they didn't let it drain long enough and just filled recommended amount without checking it.

Made a mess. Oil dripped on the floor in my garage for 3 days after the service. Looking underneath you could see oil all over the place.

Didn't replace my oil filter magnet (I specifically brought to their attention) and had to go back and get.

Gary Yeomans Ford has a great service department including the quick change lane. I drive past 2 other Ford dealers to use them. I don't do any driveway oil changes anymore. I'm not about to spill oil on my pavers. The only vehicle I that kind of maintenance on is the 32 in the garage.

So they stepped on the trucks built on step to get in and that bothers you? I mean was it spilled oil all over the step or just a vague footprint?

LOL, that's NOT a step.

OP, I'd be ticked too. An IDIOT did that. That would never fly if I was the boss.
