Default Quick help with lift/level

So i dont know what im missing but i cant get the lower control arm to drop far enough to get the coilover to come out.

ive unbolted the sway bar, and steering arm as well just in case. anyone who has done this please let me know what im missing..

also once i do get it out do the 2 bolts hold the lower part of the shock come out? or do i need to buy some other bracket or something?

Saw a video a couple weeks ago about removing a lower component. Am looking for the video now.

Here it is:

40 seconds in they chose to remove the lower control arm to allow for enough room to remove it.

awesome thanks. the only thing i could find is on a 2011 f150 which has the same general setup but the video skips how he got the coil out and the bottom of the coil/shock had a bolt running through it horizontally instead of vertical so you have to lift the new one to get it out instead of just pulling it toward you then letting it drop
