Anyone know if the CarPlay USB ports are quick charge, QC2.0 or QC3.0?

They are not. I bought a couple Anker cigar-lighter quick charge adapters to use to charge my devices.

I just drove a '22 and sadly they were not QC either. At least using the usb a plug. The truck had usb c, but I didn't try a c-c cable.

 

It's not just Ford. I've driven a lot of rental vehicles the last couple years, and didn't find a QC port in any of them. Some of them won't even charge a phone fast enough to maintain the charge when it's being used for navigation.
