In channels for sure, I have had nothing but bad luck with the stick ons. The last ones I bought my dad for fathers day on his F150 dry rotted and the ones he had on his 97 blew off going down the road.

I have the in channels on my ranger and they havent faded or anything, been on my truck since 2011 or so.

Slugger,

I asked the same question not that long ago. Below are some links for you to check out.

I have always had the in-channel, but several people claimed they interfere with the "auto-up" function of the window. My next ones will be the AVS Low Profile (stick-on)

I've always used in channel. Personally don't like sticking anything to the truck,I just feel the adhesive tape could be a water collector and create a spot for it to rust JMO. They have never interfered with the windows going up although never had auto up either.
