My dealer puts wheel locks on all the vehicles that come in as dealer stock and doesn't charge for them.

What about a hitch pin? I noticed some trucks in the lot
had a hitch pin in receivers some didn't. I ordered a max trailer tow package and didn't find a hitch pin.
