Default Question about dealer-installed equipment

All:
I just picked up my 2018 Supercrew Platinum truck and noticed that the Boxlink cleats were missing.
The dealer said they should've been in a box in the 2nd row and they will order me replacements.
However, now I'm wondering if there was other equipment that is shipped with the truck that is
supposed to be installed by the dealer at the time of the sale and somehow got misplaced
while the truck is sitting in the lot.

Can someone please list what all loose (read not factory-installed) stuff one is expected to get
when one drives off the lot ? The manual doesn't have such a list as far as I could tell
- haven't read all 628 pages, though

Regards and thanks
Rex

The floor mats are installed by the dealer, but the boxlink cleats are usually left for the customer to install. Mine were still in their packaging in the storage space under the rear seat.

Be sure you get the Boxlink key and valet key as well.

Same as FirstKR here, the box link cleats were on a flat card shrink wrapped, no other nice surprises, not even a full tank of gas.

You PAID for a full tank of gas, it's on the invoice.

Thank you all for your prompt responses and for clarifying. I did get my mats and was able to locate the
jack behind the rear passenger seat (owner manual said it was under the seat). However, cleats were
definitely not there. Got the full tank (36-gal.) and at CA fuel prices

Regards
Rex

Things I didn't see mentioned:

1. wheel lock key for the lugnuts
2. Plastic plug for the tailgate connector
3. Plastic tray in the center console
