Default Question

Ok I have a question and trust me it's totally based on curiosity. I'm planning on if all plans come together ( plans yea basically if wife goes along with it lol ) on ordering in the next couple weeks. So here's the question, if this happens I place order, and let's say Ford decides to release sync 3 like around May if my truck hasn't been built yet would they install it or would I still get the sync 2?? Like I said out of pure curiosity I don't want to or have the patience to wait till 2016 so it is what it is. Lol

From what I heard/read no sync until 2016. Even if they start putting it in other vehicles before then, I do not see them putting in a 2015 F150.

Even a Job 1 date for a 2016 Lincoln MKX of April 27 with dealer ETAs of mid-summer to fall won't include SYC 3, so it's really doubtful that any 2015 F150 would include it in the near future.

It would probably be the luck of the draw.... i.e. Ford makes the decision but continues to build trucks with existing units until stocks or vendor agreement run out....

Thanks MNRanch that's the answer I was looking for. I know the likely hood of an early release probably isn't gonna happen.
