I bought an extra one on ebay for $40 and programmed it myself. I leave it in the truck locked up and hidden with no batteries in it. If I lost my key I can get in the truck with the keypad and then place the fob with no batteries in the special spot and start and drive the truck.
Note: I would not suggest leaving a live with batteries fob in the truck. I know people do it but I would not. Unless you don't like the truck and you want it easily stolen.
