Default Program 2015 FOB remote key DIY?

I have the two original programmed FOBs for my 2015 Lariat. I also have a 3rd FOB that the dealer gave me, the key is cut so I assume it was used with another vehicle. I bought a blank blade on ebay for $5 and will get it cut. The video below shows that having two programmed FOBs will allow me to program the third FOB myself. The procedure however is for trucks that have turn key ignition, mine is push button only like in picture. What is the procedure for programming my FOB? Thanks.

This is what it says.

REPLACING A LOST KEY OR
REMOTE CONTROL

Replacement keys or remote controls can
be purchased from an authorized dealer.
Authorized dealers can program remote
controls for your vehicle. See Passive
Anti-Theft System (page 71).
To re-program the passive anti-theft
system see an authorized dealer.

Keep reading the manual; my manual immediately continues on in the "programming a spare intelligent access key" that is the section you want. I do not have push button, so the steps do not make sense to me though... hope you have better luck.

I found better instructions:
  1. Locate the passive key backup starting location (either under the front storage cubby mat or in the back of the lower under-seat center storage area.)
  2. Place the first programmed passive key in the backup starting location. Press the START/STOP button.
  3. Wait 5 seconds and then press the START/STOP button.
  4. Remove the first programmed passive key.
  5. Within 10 seconds, place the second programmed passive key in the backup starting location and press the START/STOP button.
  6. Wait 5 seconds and press the START/STOP button.
  7. Remove the second programmed passive key.
  8. Wait 5 seconds and then place the unprogrammed passive key in the backup starting location and press the START/STOP button
  9. Verify the Transmitter operates and the vehicle starts using the new passive key.
NOTE:
If the key does not successfully program, wait at least 10 seconds before attempting to repeat the procedure.
