problems with stuttering sync 3 voice

Anyone familiar with SSM 48336? The voice on our sync system stutters while reading text messages. According to the SSM some 2019 units may experience voice prompts that skip, hiccup or have short pauses. Supposedly Ford engineering "is investigating". I've messaged Ford IVT without any response.
Any information would be appreciated.

Yeah, I had the SSM in hand. Two techs at a dealer have called their support who said "we haven't heard any complaints". I called Ford back in May when the truck was delivered about the problem. The recent upgrade has made it worse and all voice functions are slower in responding.
