Why do you think one plant or the other is the only one delivering trucks with issues?
Most of these "issues" were being discussed here before Kansas City went on line, and yet if you had access to the information and were to look I suspect you would find that the problem rate is about the same for both plants.
Both plants rely on many common suppliers and usually common problems can be directly traced to bad batches or lots from the vendors.

I would probably say issues meaning it took the dealership more than a very small amount of time to fix. If it is an easy quick fix as in you didn't even leave the lot for them to fix it, then I wouldn't consider that a real issue.
