Professionals make mistakes, and that should have been the first (most likely) assumption, not the last. If I have a truck in the shop, and something worked before that work, and doesn't work afterward, I'm taking it back to the shop right away and tell them. It's often some invisible but important detail, like leaving a plug in the heater hose, or leaving an electrical connector unplugged, or forgetting to tighten the lug nuts on a wheel that was removed (which I had happen once). I look at the work, and check associated systems to see if they're working, before I leave the shop, having occasionally had similar problems to yours in the past.

I didn't find the video -- I took it. That was my 2015 Platinum being assembled ...
