Just got (and did) the follow-up survey. Interestingly, instead of showing a generic 'from' address belonging to the research firm, it came from toyotaresearch@ the firm.

I guess we know who's interested in our powertrain data now.

I figured it was most likely a Ford competitor commissioning the study to begin with. If Ford wanted the data, they'd probably do some sort of data collection via ownership/sales records, since they already have contact info (and know which powertrain is associated with each owner).

I'm not a good fit either. Only asked me age, gender type of vehicle. Made it past that, then told it I had a 2011-2016 year make and it stopped.

How long between the time you completed the survey and got the call? I completed the survey weeks ago (and it said I was a great fit) but haven't been contacted yet.

Did it. Sent it back. Got my $150. Got the follow up survey from Toyota. Did it. Waiting for my $20.

It paid for my new Maxpider floor mats. Now if I can find someone to pay enough so I can get a sub-woofer .....

I got the follow-up $20 this morning and already added it to my Amazon account. Now I just need one of the rear Maxpiders to show up in the open-box category again.

I don't think they have a lot of the OBD readers. Probably no more than 5-10. Wait a bit, you'll get one or you won't.
