Default PowerPoint timeout

I’m looking for some help to get the PowerPoint (12V charger next to the tune dial) to stay on longer. Currently it’ll stay on after the truck is turned off (time unknown) but as soon as the door is opened, the power is cut off.

ive modified the BCM (726-39-01) per the spreadsheet, enabling, disabling, changing timing...etc. it always turns off when the door is opened.

I work construction, and want to leave an amber strobe light on while the truck is parked in a closed lane.

any suggestions are appreciated

2015 F150 if that helps.

thanks, I saw this as I was looking online earlier, but wanted to stay away from wiring if possible. I installed additional LED reverse lights by tapping into the reverse lights at the back of the truck and fried the central computer (somehow, even though it was fused) and that was costly.

I was hoping to do it through forescan, but no matter what I’ve done, it still turns off whenever the driver door is opened.

I've done it both ways. The dash is 24/7 but the rest have been set on a timer using FORScan. First I've heard of someone frying anything. Be sure and ask questions in the FORScan thread...

You got a battery assist in your truck? We all should, IMO, considering how touchy the BMS can be. All the smallest ones have 12v sockets for running accessories, and most recharge via either 12v or 110v.
