Default Power Outlets Not Working

I just bought a 2016 F150 XLT 4x4 with the 3.5L EcoBoost, only has 72,000 miles. Needing some help with power outlets not working. USB and Cigarette not working below radio screen inside of sync cover in front of shifter. Cigarette not working inside of console storage. And cigarette and 110v not working in the back of the cab, beside the rear ac vents. My cigarette and 110v are working that are located next to the radio screen on the dash. I have checked fuses 89-92 in the fuse box under the hood, none are blown. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I believe you have more then one problem causing your syptoms. You need to scan the BCM with FORScan or a high-end diagnostic tool for codes. An OBDII reader will not work for this. Wthout a scan it is all just guess work.

I've got 133,000 on my 2017 XLT. I have a similar problem, but NONE of my 12V Cigarette outlets are working, and my Driver's side door electric Unlock function doesn't work. The electric Lock engages from all sources: Remote, and both front door controls. The electric unlock fails from all sources: Remote, and both front door controls. I believe the problem is the common ground for these items, but don't know where to start checking for the common ground, either to the chassis or the BCM.
Did you get your issue resolved?

The console power points all ground through G301 which is the major ground for the BCM. Start there.
