Default Power Door Lock Issue

I know there are long threads on frozen door locks. I've read them, and I don't think freezing is the issue, but I'm not sure. Last night, it got down to -4C (25F) . This morning, my power door locks wouldn't work. Not with the key fob, and not with the Ford Pass app. The app actually gave a response and said "Doors unlocked", but they weren't. Looking at the lock buttons, neither the driver's or passenger's side even budged a little. Pressing the black button on the door handle didn't work either. I never thought to try the keypad. I used the spare physical key, and the door easily unlocked and opened. It didn't seem like freezing was an issue. More like an electrical thing. About an hour later, the temperature did increase to slightly above freezing, and everything seemed to be working normally again. Anybody else have this problem?

I do with the rear doors on my Screw. When the temps get in the 20s, my back doors do not like to unlock. This still happens even after having the door lock TSB done. Have not talked to the dealer about it yet, as it only happened twice so far this year.

Yes - freezing is the issue - TSB/Recall will help, hopefully.

Dang. I thought being a new 2018 that it would come from the factory all fixed up.

This past Wednesday I washed my truck in my heated garage.Left it in the garage over night.Did my running around on Thursday, temps were below 0C,no problem with locks. It was outside Thursday night, temps dipped to minus 11C.Power locks and the key lock did not work friday morning.Lucky I have remote start, she eventually unlocked after a half hr of idle time.Without the remote start,I might not have be able to get in to it until april.
