Possible Steering Issue
You can disable pull drift compensation through forscan. I was having issues after I had installed bilstiens and 2 alignments. Disabled it and drives like it should. Is it the correct fix? Not sure, but it worked for me. There is also IVD calibration that can be done to center the steering wheel. People have had success with that as well. Believe its in forscan too. I have been wanting to try it and see but havent been able too as of yet.
"For the system to compensate, the driver must have both hands on the steering wheel."
HTF does it know if you have two hands on the wheel or only one?
I haven't driven with two hands 10 and 2 o'clock since 16 yrs old in Driver's Ed, and don't plan to again until age 85 or above after I get those cataract goggle sunglasses and the mesh ball cap.
Left forearm on the window sill, left hand at 10 o'clock on the wheel. Right hand on the console. Rollin' casual.

SSM 47589 - 2016-2018 F-150 - Steering System Pull, Drift, And/Or Wander - Diagnostic Update
Some 2016-2018 F-150 vehicles may exhibit a steering drift, pull, and/or wander. To diagnose these conditions refer to Pinpoint Test (PPT) H - Steering System Pull, Drift, Wander or Steering Wheel is Off Center in Workshop Manual (WSM) Section, 211-00. Do not use PPT I - Poor Returnability Sticky Steering or Binding to diagnose drift, pull, and/or wander symptoms. These Pinpoint Tests are in the process of being updated.
This SSM has been out since October 2018 - still no update or fix for it from Ford.

. With FORScan, as somebody else mentioned. But don't remember the code, or which module to took for. Hopefully somebody familiar with it will post, and which value needs to be changed. I need to do that too. Mine is not that bad, but still annoying. Prefer to disable it one of these days.Yes, there is

Pull Drift Compensation: 0=disabled, 1=enabled.
I successfully fixed the drift/ pull behavior by disabling PDC for few days, and enabling it back.
Can’t exactly explain why it worked, I assume that some sort of “relearn” occurs after an off/on cycle.

My 2018 XL STX has about 1700 miles on it, near new. I feel like I am constantly fighting the steering. I would think I have an alignment issue, but the pull is inconsistent; one minute it pulls right, the next it pulls left.
Steering the truck requires constant input, even on a long straight road. If it's a longer drive and I'm steering one-handed from the 5-o'clock position, my wrist will actually become fatigued. I'm coming from a 2012 GMC which tracked straight and was much, much easier to steer.
Has anyone else experience any steering issues? Or am I just imagining things...

Drive on the Crown of the road in the middle down the yellow line if possible and see if your steering wheel is strait.
Than take it in and let them know its drifting and may need to be re calibrated as its electric assist steering.
If you do a search you will find more on that
