Odd that it is just popping up rando though.

That looks like the screen to direct dial in a radio station or sat station. Not sure why it just pops up.

Yup, gotta be FM since the only options are 8, 9, and 1, and FM band is 88-108.

Lol, so I guess 97.3 ( all numbers that aren't options) would not be an FM station?

Second number options pop up after you select the first. Since 9 is available, he can enter that and then more options will come up.

Have no idea why it would randomly pop up though?

Probably the same reason my wifes '18 Edge goes from SiriusXM to 720AM on it's own. About 1 in 20 times it does this when you start up.
