Please help with reprogramming collision camera!!! Forscan
I have a 2019 f150 sport edition with a 6” lift and 35s. Shortly after I got it(from a dealer who specializes in lifting trucks) it kicked the collision cam. I get the following messages every start up:
“Front camera malfunction service required”
“pre-collision assist not available”
I got Forscan(as the dealer I got it from is over 3hrs away and my local ford dealer kept giving me the run around because it’s lifted) and got it to reset using the IPMA reset and then calibration. However, when I haul a heavy load(I own a landscape company) the squat results in it re-tripping the warning. The first time I got it to reset, but now I can’t get it to reset. It says it was successful, but on start up, the messages still appear. I reset the right height by measuring the front wheel well. I’m not sure what else to do.
more than anything I miss my auto high beams, and I’m tired of clearing the stupid warnings!

Im having the same issue. My husband carried a heavy load and right away i got the notification that my pre-collision assist was not available. And I noticed my automatic high beams dont work anymore. Did you figure out a way to fix this issue? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
did u ever get this resolved? I had a trailer loaded with wood. Started truck and now have the same messages. No luck with forscan
