Default Platinum steering wheel

Need help guys! I have a Platinum and swapped out the steering wheel to a new leather wrapped wheel and now my cruise wont work but everything else will. I checked the fuse any other ideas?

Did you swap over all the buttons too or just pop in the new wheel? Did you get the right one for your truck? There is one for adaptive cruise and one for standard cruise. If you got the wrong one just swap the buttons over from your old wheel.

I had the same thing happen. I have a 2016 platinum with adaptive cruise and ordered the newer wheel. Adaptive cruise buttons wouldn’t work. Swapped the old buttons over and it now works fine.

The wheel that I have is for the adaptive cruise and is the correct wheel just no cruise. It looks like I can swap the buttons or buy the stuff to do the forscan changes?

There are not different Platinum wheels, just wheels with different features depending on what the truck came equipped with. Perhaps are you talking about the Limited wheel?

If you have FORscan you can also just change this value in the SCCM and the new buttons will work.

Yes. They just snap off. However if you already have it installed I would do the forscan approach mentioned above.
