Platinum Audio Issues
Hello
I recently bought a 2016 Platinum in february and have been having intermittent audio issues. Basically sometimes when i start up my truck there is no audio that plays. This is what also shows up on the touch screen as well. when i try to go the the audio using the touch screen it just freezes up for a minute and goes to the home page. The volume tune and radio ***** and 1-6 radio buttons do nothing. Also i am not able to receive calls when the issue happens, and not able to use the voice recognition at all. It has been to the dealer multiple times, where they have done resets for error codes and even swapped in two new apims, but still the issue persists.
Has anyone had this issue and if they have had it fixed what was done.
