Default PCO question

Have a question about PCO money. Just hypothetically just to make the math easy lets say I trade in my 2018 for 27k and make a deal on a 2020 for 35k and have a PCO for 10k. That would put me positive 2k. Would the dealership cut me a check for that 2k difference or would Ford send me a check since it was from a PCO?

You'll never see a PCO that high, but to answer your question, the PCO would be fully applied to the price of the truck and the remaining balance of your trade would be paid to you by the dealer.
